Advanced Abuse Identification and Blocking: We've deployed a multi-layered, intelligent risk identification system, incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, to scan platform activity 24/7 in real time, proactively identifying and blocking potential risks such as spam, fraudulent activity, malicious accounts, and harassing content. Real-name authentication, a key line of defense, effectively reduces the cost of creating fake accounts and enhances user authenticity.

LivHub is designed with your privacy at its core. Users can initiate conversations with you and easily block or report any user you find inappropriate at any time. We strive to create a pure space for interaction, minimizing information overload and public pressure.

Penalties include but are not limited to: warnings, function restrictions, temporary suspension, and even permanent bans.   • No nude images (including close-ups of genitals/breasts) are allowed

  • Note: Non-sexually suggestive swimsuit content is allowed, but must comply with content rating rules.

Exploitation and Harm

  • Tolerating content that sexualizes minors (immediately block the account and report to law enforcement)
  • Prohibit the glorification of self-harm, anorexia and other life-threatening behaviors
  • Privacy extortion and human flesh promotion are strictly prohibited

Statement of Responsibility

LivHub reserves the right to take measures such as warnings, functional restrictions, and permanent bans against accounts that violate these regulations. The right to interpret these terms belongs to the LivHub platform. Major revisions will be announced 30 days in advance.

Child Safety Policy

Livhub is committed to providing a safe and reliable environment for all users, especially minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child abuse, exploitation, or sexualization. Users who violate Livhub's policy on protecting minors (defined as individuals under the age of 18) will be immediately removed from the platform and may face legal action.

  • Prohibition of Age Falsification: Any attempt to falsify age to access the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or removal.
  • Detection Systems: Livhub employs both automated and manual systems to detect underage activity and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

  • Sexualization of Minors and CSEA:
    • Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
    • Content involving minor-related fetishes, including discussions, sexualized performances, or wearing sexualized clothing.
    • Any form of child nudity or sexualized depictions, including artistic forms such as drawings or animations.
  • Harmful or Dangerous Activities Involving Minors:
    • Threatening, encouraging, or inflicting physical violence on minors.
    • Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
    • Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.
    • Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.

Appearance of Minors on the Platform

  • Prohibition of Minor Content: The appearance of minors in live streams, videos, or any other form of content is strictly prohibited.
  • Account Management: Creating or managing accounts for minors is prohibited.
  • Age Falsification: Attempting to falsify age to access the platform is prohibited.

Reporting Mechanism

  • Reporting Incidents: Incidents involving child abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant agencies as required by applicable law.
  • User Reporting: Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting iaerrychat2022@gmail.com.

Banned Users

  • Criminal Convictions: Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using Livhub.

Enforcement and Transparency

  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: Depending on the severity of the violation, Livhub may cooperate with law enforcement agencies for investigation.
